Use the SDG Rebinds Price & Information Guide to design your rebind and estimate cost.

Fill out this SDG Rebinds Order Form and submit for review, confirmation, and quote. Form can be submitted by email (sdg.rebinds@gmail.com), Facebook (SDG Rebinds), or phone messaging (503-881-5150).

Make a $75 deposit to reserve your spot “in line” for the rebinds. a. Your place “in line” is determined by the date of the deposit. b. Deposit is typically made through PayPal (sdg.rebinds@gmail.com). Please include name and brief description of the Bible associated with the rebind. (Other payment options, like Venmo or Zelle are possible. Inquire to get the needed information for this alternative payment method.) c. The $75 deposit is per Bible and will be counted toward the final price. d. Deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled more than 2 weeks after the deposit date.

Ship out your Bible to the following address: Vitaliy Shipuk SDG Rebinds 2015 Jelden St NE Salem, OR 97301 USA a. Include a copy of this filled out form with the Bible. b. The Bible can be shipped out right away, or closer to the start of the project. You will be notified at least a week prior to the start of the rebind to ship your Bible.

Once the rebind is complete, you will receive confirmation pictures and a request for final payment, either through a PayPal payment, PayPal invoice, or other preferred means of payment.

The Bible will be shipped out once the full payment is received.
